Arterberry Maresh Chardonnay Maresh Vineyard 2018 $69
Wine Advocate 96 Points
The 2018 Chardonnay Maresh Vineyard manages power and elegance, with gunflint notes that flush out to pure roasted almonds, saline, white flowers and apple fruit on the nose. The palate offers intense, savory flavor layers in an elegant, satin-like frame, with dynamic acidity and a long, ethereal finish. This has the flesh and structure to age very well in bottle.

Arterberry Maresh Chardonnay Dux Vineyard 2016 $69
Wine Advocate 94 points
“I don’t usually use young vines,” Jim Maresh told me, “but I decided to go for it with this vineyard.” The 2016 Chardonnay Dux Vineyard has a beautiful, layered nose of clotted cream, lemon confit, acacia flowers, yellow apples, honey and toast. Medium-bodied, it’s wonderfully concentrated in the mouth with pure tree fruit flavors with toasty and floral accents. It’s framed by very juicy acidity, finishing very long and nuanced with a great bit of phenolic texture. 125 cases produced.

The aromas of the 2019 Chardonnay Dux Vineyard are alluring and savory, with ripe peach layers, beeswax, roasted almonds and pastry. The palate has a singular satiny texture and impressive concentration, enlivened by tangy acidity and streaks of graphite and finishing with tremendous length and energy. Wow!

Tan Fruit Chardonnay Oak Grove Vineyard 2021 $42.50
Wine Advocate 97 points
Chardonnay Oak Grove Vineyard, from vines situated on sedimentary soil, is energetic and mineral-driven this vintage. Barrel fermented and finished in stainless steel, it opens with streaks of matchstick that give way to a core of red apples, yogurt, pie spice and lemon peel. The light-bodied palate has a silky texture and is buzzing with bright acidity and flinty nuance. It has a concentrated core of ripe citrus and a very long, mineral-driven finish. The Oak Grove’s salty, tangy character, reminiscent of Chablis, makes it impossible to put down!

Tan Fruit Chardonnay Maresh Vineyard 2022 $62.50
Wine Advocate 95 points
“The 2022 Chardonnay Maresh Vineyard comes from a block of Dijon clone vines planted in 1991 in the Dundee Hills on a steep, south-facing slope at 675 feet of elevation. Barrel fermented and matured for 10 months in 15% new French oak, plus four months in stainless steel, it’s reminiscent of Chablis and boasts exceptionally pure aromas. It opens with flint and petrichor before blossoming to apricot, elderflower liqueur, lime peel and hazelnuts. The palate is vibrant and silky with understated layers of creamy, peachy fruit, and its linear acidity and flinty tones come together for a shimmery finish. For several days after it’s opened, the Maresh Vineyard becomes more and more expressive, pointing to a long life in the cellar. 95 – Erin Brooks, The Wine Advocate.

Tan Fruit Chardonnay White Walnut 2022 $62.50
Suckling 97 points
“Perfumed nose expressing notes of baked pears, almond powder, cream, baked lemons, chamomile and some white flowers. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and character. Vertical with so much tension. Vibrant and intense but remains in control. Plenty of verve and brightness. There is a purity to it. Textural and well-composed. A brilliant white with a long, mineral finish. Drink or hold.” 97 – JamesSuckling.com
